Raven Arch

I used images from Collage Stuff collage sheets for this arch. The background is lots of layers of paper and different paints and stamped images. It's been embossed in stages with clear and gold embossing powder. I'm liking my grungy backgrounds this week!

One new Gothic Arch

Here's a new Gothic arch! This little girl is my new favorite image. I've got to get it on a collage sheet. I think she's adorable! The background is made from layers of paper (scrapbook, sheet music and dictionary pages), paint, stamped swirls and inks. It was embossed with clear and gold embossing powders. The buttons are white. I dipped them in a pigment ink and embossed them with gold embossing powder.

Cemetery Imagery ATC's

Here's a batch of Cemetery ATC's that I did for my Collage Stuff Cemetery Imagery Swap. I used the new Collage Stuff Cemetery Imagery #2 collage sheet. I got out my glazes, Luna Lights, MM and Golden Fluid acrylics and had fun playing. I stamped flourishes in between layers of paint and embossed swirls in gold as a finishing touch. I like to let the stray embossing stay. I added bits of dictionary pages and stick on jewels on some of the ATC's.

New Art Samples!

Here's a preview of some of the new art samples at the Gallery 2 page at Collage Stuff. It's great to have friends that are talented artists that are willing to share their skills with me! Many thanks to LuAnne B. for the cemetery/gargoyle ATC and Heather C. for the bird ATC. See all of the new samples here.

Last Two Arches for Today

The last two arches are done - one page, front and back. Both of the central images will be available on upcoming Collage Stuff collage sheets.

New Gothic Arches

I finished a gothic arch last night- front and back. I used images from the new Cemetery Imagery collage sheets available at Collage Stuff.

This one uses an image from the Cemetery Angels #12 and Cemetery Imagery #1. It's made with scrapbook papers, vintage text and sheet music, acrylic paint, crackle paint, white lace flowers painted gold and gold brads. I left the transparency loose so that it can be moved around on the arch.

This one uses images from the Cemetery Imagery #2 collage sheet. This one has layers of acrylic paint, gesso, and is stamped/embossed and overstamped. I used Distress inks and white Brilliance inks.

Tim Holtz Pendant Instructions

I loved the pendant I made at the Advantus booth at the CHA show in July. I promised some directions. The directions are at Collage Stuff. All of the products used are from the Tim Holtz Ideolgy Collection and you can get them at Collage Stuff!
