At the Collage Stuff Yahoo Group, the January swap is a valentine ATC swap. I started out by stenciling a background on a vintage ledger page. I added vintage text to the background and a strip of washi tape. The flowers are Victorian scrap, the heart is German scrap and the words are from the Victorian Valentine collage sheet - all available at Collage Stuff.
