I'm always amazed at the things I find when I start going through my stashes of art stuff! I forgot that I had the little white flowers, the butterfly stickers and the corner that I put at the top. I love my art supply stashes!
For this page I started out with scrapbook paper with French writing. I dabbed Distress Ink Weathered Wood over the entire page making it darker at the edges. I used one of the stamps from the Tim Holtz "Urban Tapestry" for the background - stamped and embossed it with gold detail embossing powder. The door image is from the Collage Stuff Paris Cemetery #2 collage sheet. I overstamped it with Weathered Wood Distress Ink with a crackle stamp. The woman image is from the Collage Stuff Cemetery Angel #12 collage sheet. I found the large gold German scrap daisy in my stash too and it works great for a halo. I put little stick on jewels on the end of each petal. The keyhole is a Tim Holtz keyhole. It's the nickel color, but some gold paint toned down the nickel color. I put a little blue glitter on the butterfly sticker. The corner at the top was white. I colored it with gold paint first and then some Broken China Distress Ink over the top of the gold paint. The word "seek" was generated at the Acme Label Maker website. I used the Light Blue Baroque German Scrap Border at the bottom. The blue wasn't quite right, so again the gold paint. I swiped gold paint around the edges of the page. The petals on the flowers started falling off, so to finish, I used a quick coat of a Krylon Spray Matte Sealer.
