Paint Chip ATC Swap Challenge

The March ATC swap at the Collage Stuff Yahoo Group is a paint chip challenge swap.  I cut paint chips into strips and glued them down on the background paper.  The image is from the Collage Stuff Broken Collage Sheet.  I colored it with Copic markers.  The gold German scrap border is also available at Collage Stuff.
