Third Altered Bingo Card

This is my third altered bingo card for the Collage Stuff August Altered Bingo Card Swap.  I used distress paints and regular acrylic paints for the background.  The sea life part is from a collage sheet that I bought on Etsy.  The mermaids are from Hidden Vintage Studios at the Deviant Scrap website.  The charms were in one of my stashes.  The German scrap fish and bingo cards are available at Collage Stuff.  I used white fish but tinted them green with some homemade glitter spray.  I overstamped part of the bingo card with a swirly stamp and embossed with gold. Second altered bingo card

This is my second altered bingo card for the August swap at the Collage Stuff Yahoo Group.  My attempts at making a decent background on this bingo card failed, so I fixed it by covering it up with vintage text and different sorts of tapes! Altered Bingo Card Swap
