Christmas Card

Time to start working on Christmas cards!  First I made some gelli prints with red, green and gold inks.  I overstamped with a swirly stamp in black ink.  I painted the white card edges and the white doily with the same red paint.  The couple is from a Collage Stuff collage sheet.  I added the Tim Holtz holiday flashcard, mirror stars, and small talk occasion sticker.  Have you been working on your Christmas cards?  Thanks for coming by my blog to view my holiday art!

Vintage Themed art journal page

 

For the art journal page swap I'm hosting at the Collage Stuff Yahoo Group, I had to make another replacement page for a participant.  The theme for this page is "vintage".    I made the background with paint and stencils.  I used several Tim Holtz items and Collage Stuff items.  Thanks for coming by my blog!

Journal Page with Gelli Print

Today I decided to use one of my new gelli prints in an art journal page.  Something new at Collage Stuff are book pages from the Handbook of Chemistry and Physics.  The pages are all very interesting - tables with numbers, equations, and more numbers.  I love numbers in backgrounds.
